reviewing my peer’s website, I was struck simple but effective look and design. I believe the site would be more attractive to employers if it offered links to a resume, contact information, as well as, a page with a personal bio. In a period of where cliques played a major role, I engaged in self destructive behaviors in order to be a part of the group. The benefit was that I learned how to have spirit and take risks when trying new things, but the consequences caused me to drop out of school.
My mother and the role of parenting greatly shaped my identity. My mother exposed me to various races, cultures, and individuals in same sex relationships. This let me know it what okay to be myself, and it was okay to be different.
